Hey, 60分钟…It’s Our Turn!

Universal Design is a concept grounded in the principles and practices of architecture, specifically, making buildings, products, and environments accessible to all people, regardless of age, disability, or other challenges. The 60分钟 story profiled Chris Downey, a successful architect who lost his sight following surgery for a brain tumor.

What caught my attention with 60分钟 is that Universal Design is a growing and important movement in education as well. 通用学习设计（UDL）是一个以学习科学（包括认知神经科学）研究为基础的框架，它指导灵活学习环境的发展，以适应个体学习差异。 认识到个人学习的方式可能是独一无二的，UDL框架要求从一开始就创建课程，提供：
