“He is an exemplary role model who showed the importance of discovering happiness,” said 移动 participant Lamar Scott, who is pursuing a career in business/finance and plans to utilizing psychology-based methods of socialization to better connect with consumers.

Paulson spoke to the students with candor about overcoming life’s adversities and how it relates to achieving success. He engaged the group in a question/answer session on career and goal setting advice, and spoke about the generational need for professionals in 制造业, engineering, and 人类服务 — all of which are intended areas of study among many of the 移动 members. 这些信息有助于个性化讨论，并进一步影响听众。

“Mr. Paulson knows exactly what to say to relate to us,” shared another 移动 member, Ian Leupold. “He was able to reach me by connecting the rough spots in his life to the extraordinary moments that he is experiencing.
