- Requires commitment to a full-time, fast-paced curriculum (14‑16 credits per semester)
- Coursework is a blend of online and on-ground formats, and combinations vary by semester
- Clinicals can be assigned to students any day of the week and are typically first or second shift
- Clinical placement is only available at sites with which Goodwin University has contracts
- The University has contracts with clinical sites across the state
- Hours and locations depend on when clinical sites are available and confirmed each semester
ABSN program structure
Your program of studies will balance practical learning with hands-on application. As you complete on-campus coursework and acquire essential knowledge, you’ll hone your skills in our state-of-the-art Nursing SIM Lab— preparing you for the culminating experience of clinical fieldwork, when you will provide direct patient care to your community. You will graduate with the career-ready skills and confidence necessary to take the NCLEX exam, pursue certification, and embark on a rewarding healthcare career!
