口腔卫生入学要求

皇冠app口腔卫生课程是一项严格而密集的课程，对身体和精神都有要求。 由于该计划的座位数量有限，入学是基于特定的入学标准以及排名积分制。 要符合入学资格，申请人必须：

1. 完成口腔卫生课程的入学申请。 如果你是直接从其他机构申请，并且已经成功完成了所有的先决条件课程，你不需要完成皇冠app的一般申请，直到你收到正式接受进入口腔卫生课程。
2. 申请时大学GPA不低于2.7。
3. 必须成功通过背景调查，药物测试和儿童和家庭部的检查，才能正式接受口腔卫生计划。 表格由项目人员提供。
4. 除非另有说明，完成所有先决条件课程并取得及格成绩。
5. 完成所有通识教育核心要求，非专业核心要求，PSY 112 -心理学导论或同等学历，CAP 1XX -计算机素养选修或同等学历，以及eng101 -英语或同等学历，除非另有说明，否则通过考试。
6. Have completed Math 1XX (Intermediate algebra or higher) and CHEM 101 - Chemistry with a “C” or higher.
7. Have completed BIO 211 - Anatomy & Physiology I within five years with a “C+” or higher.
8. Student may be enrolled or have completed BIO 235 - Microbiology within ten years with a “C+” or higher.
9. Student may be enrolled in BIO 212 - Anatomy & Physiology II at the time of application. The course must be successfully completed before beginning the first DHP course or within the last five years with a “C+” or higher.
