什么是PACT (Advance Pledge to CT)？
PACT，即推进康涅狄格计划的承诺，是康涅狄格州的一项倡议，旨在让第一次上大学的学生能够负担得起大学学费。 Under PACT, eligible Connecticut residents can attend any of Connecticut’s community colleges tuition and fee free. There are 12 community colleges in the state that a participate in the PACT program (源).
