学业进展满意（SAP）
令人满意的学业进步（SAP）是一项联邦法规，要求教育机构的经济援助办公室每年监测每个接受经济援助的学生的进步，以确保他们成功完成课程。 所有接受经济援助的学生都必须达到SAP标准。
如何计算“学业进展满意”？
决定SAP的三个因素：
- 尝试的课程按完成的课程划分。
- 最低累积GPA，由学位类型决定

如果学生没有达到SAP标准会发生什么？
如果学生由于医疗问题而未能达到SAP标准，则可能会考虑在提供充分的文件之前进行医疗退学； however, the removal will still affect the students’ SAP.
如果学生未能达到SAP标准，他们将有资格获得学术警告学期，以保留其资格。
如果学生受到学术警告，并且没有保持学业进步，他们将不再有资格获得经济援助。 Alternative options to follow include filing an appeal with the registrar’s office or setting up alternate payment with the institution’s business office.
