自主学习
什么是自律学习？
自我调节学习（SRL）是一种通过个性化学习、个人目标设定、自我监控和自我反思来促进学生成功的教育方法。 SRL提高了学生在学习过程中的自主性，从而提高了学生的参与度和学习成绩。
自主学习的主要特点是什么？
SRL有几个组成部分，包括：
- 目标设定, or setting specific, measurable, and achievable (聪明的) objectives for learning
- 战略规划，或者选择和组织学习材料和策略来个性化你的学术经历
- 自我监控或者跟踪你的表现，找出优势和改进的地方，相应地调整你的学习策略
- 自我反省, or reviewing one’s learning process and outcomes to determine what strategies have been effective
- 动机, or the internal drive to engage and persist toward one’s goals with resilience
